Free Chronopost Express delivery to pickup points is available for eligible destinations in France and Europe. Chronopost Classic home delivery is also free for eligible zones in France and in Europe.
Chronopost Express home delivery is free on orders of €200 or more in France and €300 or more in Europe.

Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery and sent back within 14 days of the return request.
We subsidise return shipping. A flat contribution of €8 applies to returns from Europe and €15 from outside Europe. In case of exchange, the flat contribution is waived.
